2. Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving reasons. This 14-day cooling-off period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the product.

3. How to Return a Product?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to official.ondulato@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will confirm your return request within 2 business days
  3. Return the product within 14 days after your notification to:

  4. Ensure the product is in its original condition, with all labels and packaging

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Include all original labels and tags
  • Be in the original packaging (if possible)
  • Not be damaged by use

Please note: For hygienic reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned if the hygiene sticker has been removed.

5. Return Costs

The costs for returning the product are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or does not match your order.

6. Refund

After receiving and approving your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days in the same way you paid. The shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded.

7. Exchanges

Would you like to exchange a product for a different size or color? Send an email to official.ondulato@gmail.com. We are happy to help you exchange your product.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

Have you received a defective product or does it not match your order? Contact us within 2 days after receipt via official.ondulato@gmail.com. We will arrange a free return and refund or replacement.
