2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Ondulato and the customer.

3. Offers and Prices

All prices on our website are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Ondulato reserves the right to change prices.

4. Formation of Agreement

An agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and Ondulato confirms this order by email.

5. Delivery

Ondulato strives to deliver orders within the indicated delivery time. Delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

The customer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product, without giving reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Ondulato via official.ondulato@gmail.com.

The product must be returned in its original condition. The costs for return shipping are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Payment

Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website. Ondulato reserves the right to refuse orders in case of non-payment.

8. Liability

Ondulato is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit resulting from the use of our products.

9. Complaints

Complaints about products or services can be submitted via official.ondulato@gmail.com. Ondulato strives to handle complaints within 14 days.

10. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
