Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached. Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene sticker is still intact.
Register your return by emailing info@ondulato.nl with your order number. You will receive a return label within 2 business days. Please send the package within 5 days of receiving the label.
Please contact us at info@ondulato.nl. Return shipping costs from outside the EU are at the customer's expense. Make sure the package is clearly marked as a return to avoid customs issues.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation by email.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired size or colour.
Shipping
Shipping within the Netherlands is free from €100. Below €100 we charge €4.95. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. After shipping you will receive a tracking code by email.
Yes, after shipping you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package.

Measure your waist and hips and compare with the size chart. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for more comfort. You can also contact us at info@ondulato.nl.
Product Care
Hand wash at 30°C with a mild detergent. Do not use a washing machine, dryer or bleach. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight.
Allow sunscreen to fully absorb before putting on your swimwear. Fake tan can cause stains that cannot be removed. We recommend avoiding fake tan when wearing Ondulato.
Avoid contact with rough surfaces (such as concrete at pools), excessive exposure to chlorine, and wringing the fabric. Always rinse your swimwear immediately after use with cold water.
Issues with your order
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@ondulato.nl. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item and your order number.
First check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. Then contact us at info@ondulato.nl if your package is more than 5 business days delayed.
